1. Acceptance of Agreement
1.1 Active Consent: By checking the box "I have read and agree to the iCam365 User Agreement" during registration or login, or by clicking "Agree and Continue" in any prompt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
1.2 Consequences of Refusal: If you do not agree to this Agreement or refuse to check the consent box, you will be unable to complete the registration or login process and will not be able to use any functions of the Software.
2. Service Scope and Limitations
2.1 Core Services: iCam365 provides hardware-software integrated services, including device pairing, real-time video monitoring, and device management.
2.2 Security Disclaimer: This Software is an auxiliary monitoring tool and should not be used as the sole means for professional security or emergency assistance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by network instability or power failure.
3. Advertising and Monetization (Special Terms)
3.1 Commercial Support: To maintain the availability of our free basic services, we display commercial advertisements within the Software.
3.2 30-Day Grace Period: For all new users, the Software remains completely ad-free for the first 30 days post-registration. Commercial advertisements will begin to display starting from the 31st day after your registration date. 3.3 User Control: You may manage or opt-out of personalized advertisement recommendations in the "Settings" menu of the App.
4. Value-Added Services (VAS)
4.1 Specialized Features: Additional paid features (e.g., Cloud Storage, AI Video Highlights, Video Enhancement) are subject to independent Value-Added Service Agreements.
4.2 Separate Execution: When you subscribe to these features, you will be required to review and agree to the corresponding specialized agreement. In case of conflict, the specialized agreement shall prevail for that specific service.
5. User Code of Conduct
5.1 Privacy Compliance: When installing and using monitoring hardware, you must comply with local laws and regulations. You are strictly prohibited from infringing on others' privacy, portrait rights, or other legal rights.
5.2 Prohibited Use: It is forbidden to point cameras at private spaces or public areas for illegal recording. Any legal disputes arising from misuse shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
6. Privacy Protection
6.1 Policy Link: Regarding how we collect and process your personal information, please refer to the [iCam365 Privacy Policy]. This User Agreement and the Privacy Policy collectively govern your use of the Services.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
7.2 Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the place where the defendant is domiciled.
