  1. Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how iCam365 ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Tange AI, collects and processes your data. By using our Services, you consent to these practices.

  1. Information Collection by Function

  • Account Management: We collect phone numbers or email addresses specifically from users who choose to register or log in via an account and password for identity verification and security purposes. If you use a third-party platform (e.g., Apple, Google) for sign-in, the collection and processing of your personal information are governed by the respective third party's privacy policy and terms of service.
  • Device Connection: Collection of WiFi SSID, IP address, and device SN for hardware pairing.
  • Core Monitoring: Real-time video/audio streaming (End-to-end encrypted).
  • AI Features: Video frame analysis for event classification (no individual identification).
  • Advertising: Ads begin 30 days after registration. We use identifiers (IDFA/GAID) for ad attribution.

  1. System Permission and Pop-up Descriptions

To provide our Services, we will request the following permissions via system pop-ups. Each permission is requested only when the corresponding feature is activated:
  • Camera Permission:
    • Purpose: Used to scan the QR code on the hardware device during the "Add Device" process.
    • Pop-up Context: Requested when you tap "Scan QR Code."
  • Microphone Permission:
    • Purpose: Enables the "Two-Way Talk" feature, allowing you to speak through the App and have your voice played by the camera speaker.
    • Pop-up Context: Requested when you first tap the "Intercom/Talk" icon in the live view.
  • Location Permission (Precise/Approximate):
    • Purpose: Required by the mobile OS to scan for nearby WiFi networks and complete the device's network configuration. We do not track your movement or store your real-time location.
    • Pop-up Context: Requested during the device pairing/setup wizard.
  • Storage/Photo Library Permission:
    • Purpose: Allows you to manually save screenshots or locally recorded video clips to your phone's album.
    • Pop-up Context: Requested when you tap the "Screenshot" or "Record" button for the first time.
  • Notification Permission:
    • Purpose: To deliver real-time motion detection, sound alerts, or doorbell calls to your lock screen.
    • Pop-up Context: Requested upon the first launch of the App or when enabling "Alerts."

  1. Sharing and Disclosure

We share data only with necessary service providers:
  • Cloud Infrastructure: For encrypted data hosting.
  • Ad & Analytics Networks: (e.g., TopOn, Google Analytics) for performance tracking.
  • Push Services: For delivering real-time alerts.

  1. US Regional Compliance (CCPA/COPPA)

  • CCPA: California residents have rights to access, delete, and opt-out of data "sharing."
  • COPPA: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

  1. Data Security and International Transfers

We use AES-256 for video encryption and TLS for transmission. Data may be processed globally in compliance with regional laws.

  1. Account Termination

You may delete your account and all data via "Settings > Account Security > Terminate Account". All cloud data will be erased within 30 days.
